Through our Integrated Plant Services (IPS) division, FCX is a full service safety and flow control valve repair & service center. We can repair and maintain your valves in-line, in-shop and on-budget.

The IPS Pressure Management Center is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI).

We are an authorized Anderson Greenwood / Crosby "Pressure Management Center" and Flowserve Durco "Black Tie" service Center.

Mobile Repair

With our full range of mobile services, you no longer have to send your valves to the shop for repair. Imagine the cost savings and drop in production downtime if your valve services are met on site.

The IPS Mobile Repair Center (MRC) is a fully-equipped mobile shop that can be brought on-site for turnarounds and scheduled outages. Our state of the art MRC is fully equipped with lathe, mill, welders, compressors, generators and sand blasting capabilities.
